Reservation Policy

POLICIES

If you make a booking we require full credit or debit card details. If you are a "no show" (for whatever reason) or cancel less than 48 hours before 3pm on the day of arrival we reserve the right to charge you for the first night's stay in full.
If you decide to check out before your booked departure date we reserve the right to charge you in full for each night not stayed. 
We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit/debit cards.

Check in is after 2.30pm. If you want to check in earlier than this it may well be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Please phone to ask.

We do not have 24 hour reception. If you plan to arrive later than 10.30pm, or are delayed on your journey, you must let us know in advance.

Check out is by 11 am.
We accept dogs, but no other pets. Dogs may be left in bedrooms while guests have breakfast or are in the bar, but not while guests are away from the hotel. If you wish to bring 2 Dogs, you should book a Superior  Double or Twin: this will give you more space. We obviously assume that owners will take all steps to ensure their dogs do not damage or foul hotel property.
There is no smoking in any part of the hotel interior. If we find guests have been smoking in their bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one night's accommodation for cleaning and airing the room.
We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to guests' property or vehicles or property in vehicles howsoever caused. Any liability is limited to that provided for in the Hotel Proprietors Act.
Special prices and conditions apply to Race Weeks.

We reserve the right to vary menus, prices, and the style of accommodation at our discretion but will not provide anything of a lesser standard than that which has been booked. If for some reason we are unable to provide the accommodation that has been booked we will use our best endeavours to find alternative accommodation elsewhere of a similar standard.

We reserve the right to make additional charges at our discretion where we believe guests have damaged or misused hotel property, including accidental damage
