Rooms
Classic Doubles
(Rooms 3, 4, 12 ,14, 15)
Two of these (Rooms 3 & 4) are on the ground floor, two (Rooms 12 & 14) on the first floor and one (Room 15) on the second floor. They have 4'6" double beds, en suite bathroom with bath, thermostatic shower over, a WC and basin. They have new flat screen digital TVs, a desk, a desk chair and a tub chair and a wardrobe.
They are not the largest of rooms but perfectly comfortable and adequate. Rooms 4 and 14 have two windows which give good views of the garden. Together with Rooms 3 and 12 these are the furthest from the road of any of our rooms.
Room 15 has a sloping ceiling, being partly constructed in the roof space, but the bedroom has a much larger floor area than the others in this group. Many people enjoy the odd angles and shapes of this room, but it is not best suited to six-footers. It's lit by two Velux windows.
Rooms 4 and 14 have similar decor, as do Rooms 3 and 12.

The bedrooms are quite a bit larger than Standard doubles; the bathrooms are of similar size.
Rooms 1, 2, 10 and 11 look out on to the garden, Room 5 has two windows looking on to the garden, Room 9 has patio doors which open on to a small verandah with views of the suburban landscape. Singles
(Rooms 7 and 8)
Both on the first floor. Room 8 is a bit larger than 7 and in the past has even been used a tiny double. However, both rooms now just contain one standard single bed. They are both on the road side of the hotel.
They both have en suite bathroom with thermostatic shower, a WC and basin. They have new flat screen digital TVs, a wardrobe, a desk, and a desk chair.

Triple Room
(Room 16)
This is on the second floor (no lift) and has 3 single beds arranged in two separate rooms-within-the-room. It's partly in the roof space so head-room is restricted in places: not ideal for very tall people.
There is a stylish, brand new en suite bathroom with bath, shower, WC and basin.
