Food & Drink
Many hotels and restaurants make a big song and dance about their food: we take a more laid back approach. Our food is unpretentious and straightforward, but of good quality. It's not cutting-edge - in fact it's rather traditional - but it's mostly home-prepared and cooked to order. We don't cater for large numbers so our menu is small, and it's based on what most of our customers seem to want.
If you want something more exotic, more ethnic, or more exciting, then Cheltenham town centre has a large number of eateries just down the road. If on the other hand you're tired after a hard day then you'll certainly find that what we serve will send you to bed happily replete.

- Dinner is served from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm.
- Breakfast is served from 7.15 am until 9.00 am weekdays
and from 8.30 am until 10.00 am weekends. - The Bar normally closes at 11pm.
Our bar is small but should provide you with enough choice of drinks to quench your thirst, start your evening, or accompany your meal. We have a concise wine list of which 8 wines are available by the glass. On the beer side we stock, in bottle, two excellent local beers from Cheltenham's Battledown Brewery which is just over a mile from us.
From Christmas Eve to New Year's Day we do not serve Dinner - or indeed any meals apart from Breakfast. We are also too small to host any kind of festivities on New Year's Eve.
