How to book your room

To Book Online, simply enter your desired dates in our online form on the right and click 'Check Availability'.

If you want to ask or talk about anything just pick up the phone and dial! The number is 01242 231061.

You won't get a call centre, or hear recorded music, or be held in a queue. Your call will almost certainly be answered by either Lin or Stuart who will do their best to help you.

Conditions of Booking

1. If you make a booking we require full credit or debit card details. If you are a "no show" (for whatever reason) or cancel less than 48 hours before 3pm on the day of arrival we reserve the right to charge you for the first night's stay in full.
2. Check in is after 2.30pm. If you want to check in earlier than this it may well be possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Please phone to ask.
3. We do not have 24 hour reception. If you plan to arrive later than 10.30pm, or are delayed on your journey, you must let us know in advance.
4. Check out is by 11 am.
5. There is no smoking in any part of the hotel interior. If we find guests have been smoking in their bedroom, we reserve the right to charge a fee equal to one night's accommodation for cleaning and airing the room.
6. We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to guests' property or vehicles or property in vehicles . Any liability is limited to that provided for in the Hotel Proprietors Act.
7. Special prices and conditions apply to Race Weeks.
8. We reserve the right to vary menus, prices, and the style of accommodation at our discretion but will not provide anything of a lesser standard than that which has been booked.
